Scheduling

Appointment reminders will be sent out five days prior and 24 hours prior to your visit. Scheduling changes made within 24 hours may not be accommodated.

Standard of Service

While we aim to provide the highest standard of service from our end, we ask that you give us the best opportunity. Please make sure surfaces are appropriately cleared to be cleaned.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your clean please contact Jentree directly within 24 hours after the first reminder is sent out! Cancelations within 24 hours prior to your clean will result in a fee!

Access

Please ensure that we have easy access to your home; share a key code, hide a key, or leave it unlocked. Please communicate with us the easiest way to enter your home!

Travel Fees

For cleans outside of the Pocatello, travel fees with be incurred. Please contact Jentree with your specific address to get a detailed mileage cost quote.

Pets

We understand that your home is your pets home too! However, please appropriately secure them or let us know where they will be. You are more than welcome to leave them out!

No contracts, cancel anytime.

We value each of our clients, but understand if we aren't a long term fit. Book with us as often or as seldom as needed! If you have any concerns about your service, please contact Jentree.

How much will it cost to have my home cleaned?

Prices range of course for any clean weather you choose a recurring clean or a one time deep clean! Prices can also range depending on you supplying the supplies or if we bring our professional supplies! Prices are located under the "services" tab above.

Do I have to get on a recurring cleaning list?

The best way to keep a clean home is to get on a recurring schedule to then keep your home in tip top shape! However, we understand sometimes you need a one time deep clean maybe some spring cleaning or a move in or move out clean. We are here for all your cleaning needs, so please reach out if you have a unique request.

What areas do you serve?

Cactus Cleaners are based in Pocatello, Idaho, but we serve areas near Burley, Blackfoot, and Idaho Falls as well! Travel fees may be incurred.
